Holiday Home Villa Sava offers quality accommodation in a house with swimming pool located 40m from the beach in beautiful bay Gradina, 6 km from Vela Luka on the island of Korcula. The house is a few meters from the beach with a concrete surface in a natural shade with sunbeds for sunbathing and swimming. A few meters from the beach, there is a bridge that serves as a berth for private or rented boat. The beach is pebble and shallow, and suitable for small children or not swimmers.
The accommodation is suitable for family vacations in Vela Luka, summer holidays for larger group, as well as for enthusiasts of nautical tourism.

Villa Sava consists of two independent facilities connected by the access road. Capacity of the house is for up to 12 persons.
The first house has its own entrance and is consisted of a ground floor and first floor. On the ground floor there is a large living room, dining area and a kitchen. From the living room, the stairs lead to the first floor where there are three double bedrooms, and a bathroom. Two bedrooms have a large balcony with a sea view.
From the living room there is and entrance to a large terrace where there is a grill with a large dining table. In the extension of the terrace is a swimming pool (6x5m.)
Upper house has a separate entrance and a garage. On the ground floor there is a living room with kitchen. On the first floor are two double bedrooms. One has a terrace and the other is with a balcony.
From the living room there is and entrance to a yard with a grill and a dining table.

Both facilities have air conditioning on the ground floor.
Beside the house there are two private parking spaces in the open, and a garage for three cars.
The beach in front of the house is pebble, shallow and suitable for young children and not swimmers. The depth of the bay is about 5 m.

Vela Luka is a picturesque small town on the western part of the island of Korcula. It is located at the bottom of the deeply congested and spacious bay, indented in a multitude of coves, whose coastline, overgrown with vineyards, olive trees, fig trees and pines, descend slightly towards the sea.
Vela Luka is the second largest place on the Adriatic islands (4.500 inhabitants), a safe anchorage and a harbor for boaters. Like the pearls scattered by the Velor Gulf, the wretched isles Proizd and Ošjak are a favorite destination, intact oasis surrounded by clear waters and covered with dense pine forests.
